Katie Gill grew up in Agoura Hills, California, learning and understanding the film world due to the fact that she virtually grew up on movie and television sets. Her mother is actress, Morgan Brittany and her father is Stunt Coordinator/Second Unit director, Jack Gill. After completing public high school, Katie decided to enter the world of modeling. She moved to Osaka, Japan to work for various print agencies and upon her return she decided to study acting. At the age of 19 she attended the Joanne Baron/D.W. Brown Studio where she graduated with two years of intensive training. She also traveled to London to attend the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. After that, she returned to California where she attended Cal State University Channel Islands and earned her BA in Art History and minor in Psychology. While attending college, she continued her career and appeared in feature films and various tv shows. She starred in a movie in Turkey where she had to learn Turkish dialogue for the role. She is best known for playing Elle Ryan in "Baby Daddy", Gladys Gergich in "Parks and Recreation", and Carleigh Taylor in "Betrayed at 17". Some of her other credits include: It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, The League, The Middle, How I Met Your Mother, Scrubs, and The Mentalist. Katie has done some stunts on the side and has worked on a few movies, mainly for her dad.
Katie has performed in the theater production of "High School Musical" appearing as Sharpay and she also loves singing Jazz and performing various pop songs with her younger brother Cody, who is a musician. In her spare time, Katie works with individuals with special needs, mentoring young performers in a non-profit organization called "Allwayz On Stage". She is also passionate about the treatment and protection of animals and she works with her mother for various Military Veteran organizations. (USO, etc.) She is an avid snowboarder, dancer (Tap, Jazz, and hip hop) and dirt bike rider. She has been all over the world and enjoys her fast-paced lifestyle with her family. She is married to film maker, Jeff Hubbard and currently lives in Los Angeles.
